Working as a business-sales agent can be an exciting and rewarding career, but it’s not for everyone. You must be detail-oriented and self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed. A background (experience or education) in sales and business management or business ownership is very helpful but not required. We provide in-depth training and mentoring.

Enjoy an exciting career, matching buyers to sellers of small- to mid-sized companies, prospecting, listing, negotiating, advising, and closing. We provide all the training you need to get started, including a share of office-generated leads.

KR's business-sales agents can make some of the highest commissions in this industry. This is a commission-only position, much like real estate sales. You must be able to support yourself for up to six months while you are building a base of listings and getting your first few closings. After the first year, successful agents make a comfortable living.
