Received a Graduate Degree in Real Estate in 1975.

Licensed to sell real estate and business opportunities in the State of Washington in 1972 and licensed as a Broker in 1975.

Owned and managed my own real estate and business opportunty companies since 1979.Many of which were the top producing real estate companies in Washington state. Co-Founder and President of KR Business Brokers.

Received the designations of CBIS and CBB in 1995.

I am considered the top small business broker in the State of Washington, specializing in small to mid size businesses. Many of my fellow business brokers and real estate agents and CPA's and attorneys refer their business opportunity buyers and sellers to me, because they know that their clients will receive fair, honest, and professional representation.

I also provide my clients with business consulting, business evaluations, and expert testimony.

Upon graduating from the University of Washington I had a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of people I worked with. For twleve years I forged the cornerstone of what was to become KR Business Brokers. By 1979, at age 29, I had aquired enough wealth, though business investments, to retire. Instead, I was destined to train, counsel, and help others to achieve the same financial freedom.

In 1984, the die was cast, and along with Co-Founder, Randi Calderon-Edwards, KR Business Brokers became a reality.

I saw a need for professional representation for the small business owner. Fair, honest, and reasonable representation that produced results.

Now over two decades later, I have helped thousands of buyers and sellers achieve and realize their dreams. Freedom, independence, and financial security are no longer a dream for hundreds of my clients, THEY ARE A REALITY!!

I work with buyers and seller from all over the world - Asia, the Middle East, India, Pakistan, Russia, and the Latin countries. I have traveled extensively all over the World and I understand the needs and concerns of many different cultures and I address them in a helping and professional manner. I CARE!!! Each culture and nationality has different views and characteristics in buying, owning, and selling their businesses. I understand those differences and adapt my skills and expertise to accomodate my clients' goals. I CARE!!!

I have personally owned numerous businesses from small cafes and restaurants to a million dollar paramedical company. I understand the anxiety in buying or selling a business. From my trials, mistakes, and successes I have developed a very successful system of business people helping business people to achieve their dreams and financial freedom.
