Gayle is a native of Seattle, growing up in the north end. She started working as a teen with her parents in the family restaurant in the U District and then went on to study transportation, for which she then worked for FedEx for over 19 years. While working at FedEx, she learned the value of organization and business. While working at FedEx, she also started her first childcare center on Capitol Hill. After one year, she expanded to a north-end site, which consisted of owning 5 homes used for classrooms, 117 children, and 12 employees. She did all the administrative work herself, plus teaching, working at FedEx, running her own home, and raising 2 sons on her own. Multi-tasking and organizing are her specialties.
Gayle got her real estate broker license in 1988. She bought her first home at the age of 22. While having her broker license in WA state and AZ, she has flipped 3 homes and owned 3 Airbnbs. Another achievement was to start her own new construction cleaning company to help her sons through the expensive high school years.
When not working, Gayle likes to donate her time to the community, spend time with friends and family, especially the grandsons, paddleboard, and discover wineries in Manson and Chelan.
